As a Police Sergeant with the Calgary Police Service, Jeremy directed executive protection teams for dignitaries, elected officials, and high-profile international visitors across southern Alberta. He played a central role in the planning and delivery of security for major public events—including the Calgary Stampede—where he designed and continuously refined threat-mitigation and risk-management strategies to address evolving security challenges.
 
Earlier in his career, Jez served with West Yorkshire Police in the United Kingdom, where he led VIP and Royal Family protection and provided close protection for senior government officials.
