Twenty-two-year-old Javon Kinlaw was the 14th overall selection in the first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday night. That puts the former University of South Carolina football star, who struggled with homelessness throughout his childhood, on the verge of signing a multimillion-dollar NFL rookie contract. "I’ve been down, like down bad, down bad. Bad like where no one should be. [I] lived in basements. No matter what the money is, I’m going to be grateful," Kinlaw told ESPN.
