Todd Fithian, Managing Partner
Todd is the point-person where vision meets action. As Managing Partner of The Legacy Companies, Todd is the driving force behind Legacy’s visionary concepts and strategies, as well as a recognized leader and an industry advocate for professional advancement. Following in the footsteps of three generations, Todd (along with his late brother Scott Fithian) knew at an early age their calling was not only to work in the industry, but to work to improve it as well. As Todd often says, “When you start at a different place, your path is forever changed and the results you achieve can last a lifetime.”
An entrepreneur at heart, Todd formed his own financial advisory firm in Boston soon after graduating from The University of Massachusetts. In 1996, he joined forces with his brother Scott to form The Legacy Companies, a consulting company for advisors. As co-developer of The Discovery Process® and The Legacy Wealth Optimization System®, Todd has helped advance the careers of hundreds of advisors, business owners, corporations and families in the US, Canada and Australia.
Today Todd continues to support ambitious advisors and is a sought-after speaker on the subject of Client Discovery and Sustainability. He and his wife Debbie have three young sons and a daughter. When he’s away from his work, Todd is often found in a hockey rink with his boys..
Robert Falvey, Partner
A veteran of the financial services industry for almost 20 years, Rob has trained and consulted hundreds of advisors throughout the US and Canada. He oversees Legacy’s client service division and is a valuable resource to the members of Legacy’s various training programs. As a trainer and facilitator, he works closely with Legacy’s clients to ensure successful implementation of the tools, software and training provided.
Rob’s mission is to assist professionals in understanding the value of discovery. As a Kolbe™ certified professional, Rob is skilled at helping individuals tap into their unique strengths in order to achieve maximum effectiveness in all that they do. Through training and consulting Rob acts as a guide to help professionals fully integrate Legacy’s proprietary methodology.
Rob graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a degree in Economics. He resides in Hingham with his wife Laura and their two sons, Jack and Matthew.
